what does a ux writer actually do?

As a User Experience writer for Common Connect App, a location-based networking platform, I developed clear narratives to simplify the user experience with concise, accessible, and human copy to guide users from exploration through the implementation of a digital product. This copy can include text on buttons, menus, error messages, etc.

THOUGHT PROCESS

As a copywriter and editor, I have done more than just sell a product when I step into the shoes of a UX writer. I generate value for users by introducing an experience that can improve their daily lives, as well as ensuring that the content is easy to understand. To do this, I bring it back to the main goal and ask questions like:
